Clinical trials and studies shown have all been carried out with the highest level of scientific rigour at some of the best equipped, independent facilities, universities and laboratories available.
Human Hydration – A double-blind, randomized cross-over clinical hydration study showed that drinking <33 treated water decreased the extent of dehydration in athletes and in 87% prevented dehydration. Close to 90% of subjects drinking <33 treated water showed an improvement over untreated water.
The results are significant showing <33 treated water provides superior hydration over untreated water. The results conclude (p<0.05) that <33 water will not only give better hydration; it also has a significant effect on preventing dehydration. The difference in blood plasma / blood volume is also directly related to a noticeable increase in performance as shown in various published clinical studies.

University Study demonstrates the effect of <33 treatment on cells performed on frog oocytes (unfertilized egg cells).
Oocytes incepted in treated water for 5 consecutive days showed a significant difference in the membrane potentials of oocytes when compared with oocytes in the ‘control’ group.

Effects of <33 treated water vs untreated water on coffee extraction.
The effect of the <33 Technology and ‘sham’ disks on the production and secretion of melatonin from the Y79 cells were studied in five independent experiments, two of which were performed as double blind studies. The melatonin levels in each sample was measure after 12 hours of incubation of the Y79 cells with the two types of disks (<33 Technology and ‘sham’).
The results for each experiment as well as the summary of all studies where the melatonin levels for the <33 Technology samples are normalized to those for the ‘sham’ samples. Compared to the cells exposed to the ‘sham’ disks, those exposed to the <33 Technology disks resulted in a statistically significant (***P<0.0001, 2 way ANOVA) increase in melatonin levels. Experiments were repeated with different passage numbers.30 Incubation for more than 12 h did not result in increase in basal melatonin levels.
In this study, the effect of the <33 Technology on melatonin production and secretion in Y79 cells was investigated.
The results show that cells exposed to <33 Technology disks produce greater than 20% increase in melatonin levels compared to the ‘sham’ controls.
It has been suggested that <33 Technology improved sleep in a randomized double blind with placebo controlled study and our results may provide a rational explanation for this suggestion as the role of melatonin in promoting sleep is well accepted with this being the first study that scientifically shows exposure to <33 to cause a direct effect on melatonin secretion in Y79 human retinoblastoma cells.
Effects on <33 technology on wound healing as shown in two clinical wound healing trials performed by Dr. Dirk Lange, Assistant Professor in the Department of Urologic Sciences at the University of British Columbia and Director of Basic Science Research at the Stone Centre at Vancouver General Hospital.
The clinical study results indicate that <33 accelerates Stage 3 of wound healing.
The results from this wound healing study demonstrate that exposure to <33 accelerates the third phase of wound healing and helps speed up the growth of new tissue.
Measuring the Degradation of Vitamin C Using UV-VIS Spectroscopy: An aqueous solution of vitamin C and oxalate was placed in multiple cuvettes. The absorption spectrum was measured for each cuvette for both placebo beads and <33 Technology beads. The graph below shows the spectra for both placebo and <33 beads. Four different wavelengths were used to monitor the degradation (260, 265, 270 and 275 nm).
